At Level Field, we conduct two types of research to address issues of diversity, inclusion, access, and equity across the sport landscape. First, we partner with organizations to carry out organizational or sport specific research to eliminate barriers of entry into the sport for that particular organization. Second, our intellectual curiosities drive us to explore how inequities exist in sports from the playing field to the talk show. We disseminate this research for public consumption through research reports, briefs, and executive summaries.
